The Three Counties XC League is an annual series of 5 races which are competed in by 14 running clubs in Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, and Northamptonshire, run under the rules of the Association of Running Clubs (ARC). The league organises the staging of the league races, along with the annual points competitions.
